Spinning division is equipped with latest generation plant and equipments from market leaders-Rieter, Schlafhorst, Murata, Toyoda, Zellweger Uster, LUWA etc. and produces 100% cotton combed yarns in the count range of Ne 16/1-Ne 40/1. RPL has an installed capacity of approx. 80,000 spindles including 10,000 Compact spindles. Our production lines are equipped with Vision shield and Quantum-2 electronic yarn clearers to produce contamination controlled yarns in 100% cotton category. Our cotton yarns meet the top 5-10% Uster standards by all means and are produced from rich and uniform cotton mixings.

RPL pioneered introduction of Vortex spinning technology from Murata, Japan in India and operates five latest generation MVS-861 machines (total 400 drums) to produce premium quality Vortex yarns in 100% Viscose, 100% Modal and cotton blends. Vortex yarns have superior functional features and result in fabrics with extremely low pilling, almost zero torque, wash & wear resistance properties, clean fabric surface and soft silky hand feel. Vortex yarns are fast replacing classic Ring spun yarns in 100% Viscose, 100% Modal and cotton blends categories worldwide and are extensively used in stretch and not stretch fabrics.
