DEVELOPMENT
RIL "HR POLICY" follows the "Catch em
Young" approach.
The HR cell also maintains
another database of all final year computer science pass outs from PEC, PU, TIET
and REC (IIT Delhi and Roorkee are to be included shortly).
RIL sends Online Questionnaires
to the students which covers the entire range of students’ credentials, his
preferences and his career aspirations and based on these, it suggests the range of
Courses/Education Program's for the student which will enable the student to add
more value to their CV. It is also selling up process to conduct Online
Registrations & even online carrier counseling. Under this policy RIL HR cell
also conducts direct on campus interviews & recruitment for exceptional talent.
It also organizes periodic road
shows & IT Seminars in order to take RIL close to its talent pool. |
